Corporate Tastings

Private Tastings

Casual Tastings. Pour Favor offers guided, private wine tastings specifically tailored for “at-home” gatherings. We collaborate with clients to choose a theme, select appropriate wines and offer food pairing advice as desired. The Oenista guides guests through the five, fun elements of effective tasting and engages guests in a discussion about each wine.

Sensory Tastings. This type of event features not only a guided tasting with an Oenista, but also includes use of customized wine tasting tools. Guests have fun identifying the nuances of a wine with the help of everyday smells and tastes.

Wine Dinners. This type of event offers guests the expertise of an Oenista to guide them through the tasting of each wine, similar to an intimate private tasting. However, the Oenista also explores why the wine and food pairing was made at the beginning of each course. Great care is taken to select wines to accentuate the nuances of the menu.
